Sorry I haven't posted updates in quite some time, I have been monitoring things in my county and the surrounding counties I train in. In light of low vaccination rates and Delta now in the area, I am unable to resume face to face training at this time, since I cannot verify vaccination status of each person and many find it difficult to train in masks. I am doing this for the safety of my clients homes I enter and the safety of their family as well as for my loved ones. I offer personal training in homes, apartment fitness centers, HOA fitness rooms, parks, or any where the client has available to conduct the sessions (*no paid gyms due to gym rules). No additional fees for me to come to you!
*If you want to train at a gym, I have a gym I can conduct sessions in but pricing is different, contract applies and gym membership is required.
