I am a Personal Trainer and a Lifestyle and Weightloss Management Coach. I myself struggled with weight for years after multiple car accidents and back injuries. Recently, I have also been diagnosed with PCOS and Hypothyroidism. I have lost as much as 85 lbs and have weighed as much as 215 lbs two times in my life. It was a struggle to get it off and to keep it off. The final straw for me, was finding out after being a smoker for 23 years, I had some health issues that required me to make some life changes. May 2014 was a turning point for me and from that day my life has been nothing but better. I decided after my struggles and weight yo-yoing for years it was time to start helping others to leading a healthier lifestyle. I received my certification in June of 2015 and started training individuals in area parks, at their homes and I have worked in an all womens gym, currently work at a unisex gym in Rockwall, Tx. I also work thru 2 training services and provide mobile training for clients. I previously led private bootcamps at parks and housing communities and group bootcamps at a area gym in Dallas Tx.
