Welcome to my FAQs page. I will address the most popular questions I get asked by clients/potential clients.
1) Why do you not post pricing on your page?
Mobile pricing varies on where the client is located. I do not charge for commute time, I set my mobile training lower than you would pay at any gym and a lot of times lower than other mobile trainers in the areas I service.
2) For mobile training how do I decide where to train?
The location is totally up to the client. I have clients that have me train in their homes in the living room, dining room, home office, home gym and sometimes in the garage or in their back yard. I can meet clients at area parks if they wish but training is to occur during day light hours for safety reasons and in a open area weather permitting.
3) Do I need any equipment to mobile train?
No, not really but if you want to work out on your own and do some of the exercises we will do, it is recommended. I have my trunk loaded down with mobile equipment to use and will incorporate things the client may have. If the client does not have equipment, I will try and give modifications using what ever I see can be incorporated ( water bottles, tables, fireplace hearth, bleach bottles) or give exercises omitting equipment that work the same muscles.
4) How fast can I expect to see results?
This is a tough one to answer and if anyone can give you a definite answer, run. Lots goes into weight loss so it isn't a simple answer. What I can advise, it depends on how much effort YOU put into this journey. I can give the tools to make this successful for you but, it is up to you to implement it in your daily life. What I can also advise is It depends on how many sessions you do a week, how many times you work out on your own each week, do you eat healthy and monitor what you intake daily in calories, do you consume a lot of alcohol, how dedicated are you to your success and are you willing to do what I ask of you? These are some of the things that can make your fitness journey successful or cause you to fail. I will never tell a client you can expect to lose 30 lbs in a month, that may not be realistic for your body. Lots determines how much you will lose: how much you weigh, age, gender, muscle mass, your metabolic rate and how many calories you consume daily/weekly. I can explain more about the process when we talk :)
5) What forms of payment methods do you take?
I take cash, check and credit card (thru square). With the credit card there is a small fee applied to the transaction. I pay half of the transaction fees for the client based on the amount I am charged. I will be glad to show the percentage I am charged if any one asks.
